The Maid's Stairs and The Water Pipe

The Maid's Stairs and Water Pipe together make Block 2 of the beautiful 'The Edwardian House' series of stitcheries designed by Robyn Allen-Waters. It shows a wonderful scene of everyday life in edwardian England. The 'Maid's Stairs'- Block 2(a) and 'The Water Pipe'- Block 2(b) can be stitched as part of 'The Edwardian House' quilt. They sit either side of 'The Sitting Room' stitchery(Block 1). The finished size of 'The Maid's Stairs' is 18cm x 17cm and 'The Water Pipe' is 18cm x 8cm.
